Absolutely the English kettle. It is made of copper which is indeed one of the best conductors of heat, enabling water to heat up quickly. As soon as the water starts to boil, the kettle whistles. It comes traditionally in a polished copper finish.
We also offer the kettle in a more easy to clean chrome-plated version. The hinges and ribs are made of solid copper or stainless steel with the handle made of beech. The inside ist tin-plated (therefore do not heat up without any water) or nickel-plated (with the chrome-plated kettle). For all cooker types except induction cookers.
