Gift wrap made by the paper manufacturer Rossi in Florence. The manufacture of this paper has a long tradition in Florence, which extends back to the Middle Ages – even the methods of production with block printing techniques used by Rossi go back to these origins. The individual details of the motifs are carved into wooden blocks and the blocks are bound together, dipped in ink and printed onto the paper so that a coherent design is produced.
